This is where I come in!
We are going to start by taking a deep dive into what has blocked you from your fitness goals in the past and what issues (especially those that are out of your control) have stood in your way. Once we can identify the beast, we will know it’s weaknesses and how to overcome it. We will be able to get past those adversities, find a new routine, and challenge the status quo. It all starts with where we’re sick of putting our energy into and where we want to pivot that energy to.
